Professor Messner's research interests originate in his many years of being a management consultant in the area of customer service excellence, an account and service delivery manager for core banking and SAP offshore projects from India, and - last but not least - an intercultural trainer attempting to help international managers collaborate productively and without personal stress between Eastern and Western cultures.
